I’m living the life I dreamed about having 5 years ago.

Do you know one of those questions that make us think about our future, like “How do you imagine yourself in 5 or 10 years?” Well, I remember being questioned and my answer was quite similar to how my life looks right now. Of course, I don’t have a perfect routine, I get tired of it sometimes, but I can see the positive points of it.

It’s the simple habits we add to our day-to-day life that makes the difference at the end of the month or year. These habits bring so much joy in our life but because we get too used to it, we stop seeing them anymore. So here I wanted to highlight the little things that make my life more joyful.

Gym and yoga practices

When I was a teenager, I used to go to the gym every single weekday, but I could never recover the rhythm after college. There were times when I hated to go to the gym, then I started jogging in the morning, before work. One thing I always wanted to do but couldn’t while I was in college, is to do some exercise in the very early morning, before starting the day. I used to fancy about that because I hated practicing any kind of exercise at the end of the day, as I was too tired to do anything.
